"The hotel has major constructions going on - no warnings when booking. Impossible to speak in large part of the day in half of the hotel. In addition; no rooms with aircon. I had 27degrees C at 4am in my room, despite open window (can’t be opened more then a few cm) I got one day with free breakfast as a compensation…"

"A splendid boutique hotel located in a quiet corner of the old town in Bratislava. Rooms were well appointed with an opulent feel and the beds were comfortable with a choice of luxurious pillows. The breakfast buffet had a huge choice of options and the staff were lovely: friendly, attentive and helpful. The adjacent restaurant was great value with high quality food beautifully presented. A lovely hotel that I’m happy to recommend. "

"Great location of hotel to the old town. Bus route right outside the front doors. Excellent range of choices for breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff on reception and throughout the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping. Great spa - Finnish Sauna and Steam Room open until 11pm. Massage treatments available, although I did not use. Equipped gym also open to guests. Nice public bar as you enter the hotel. All good, no complaints. This is the second time I have stayed in the Falkensteiner Bratislava, and I would happily return. "
