"This hotel advertised two king size beds in their suite. When we arrived there was a single double bed. I called expedia who stated the transaction was
already completed but they would speak to the property. The property denied that they ever offered a king size bed despite the confirmation email clearly stipulating the king size beds. They refused to offer any compensation or upgrade when confronted with the email. Thankfully, expedia provided us with some compensation. Great work by the...
