A good hotel with good service. The staffs really attentive and helped us a lot during our stay. Good breakfast, big room, clean and restaurants are good. We engaged the tour and transfer from the hotel itself since the price is similar from your agency. Mr Arun from tour desk did all the arrangement and ensure we’re in good hands from Jaipur till Delhi. Our chauffeur is Mr Arjun, who looked after us from driving us on day 1 till day 3. Excellent service, he ensured we’re safe and comfortable....

All good but found hotel to be a bit run down

I was surprised that this hotel did not have heating despite the fact that Jaipur has very cold weather in winter. There were some problems with the bakery (croissants were very hard) and with room service, but other than that, this is a hotel I will stay at again.
