"The staff at the front desk was very helpful in early check in. Location of the hotel is good. Room was clean, the bedding was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom needs deep cleaning, edges and the corners were filthy."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Coorg. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help. A special mention to the staff member who assisted us when my son was not feeling well a day before our departure — he personally helped us reach a nearby doctor and was extremely kind and supportive. We truly appreciate his efforts and care. The only small drawback is that the hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant. They do have a tie-up for food, so meals were not an issue, but for morning tea or light snacks, guests have to depend on nearby places. It would be great if they could set up a small area for basic snacks, tea, and coffee. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!"

"The rooms were not clean and quite noisy. There was no in-house dining option, so we had to step out for food. Ordering through Swiggy or Zomato was possible, but since it was raining all day, most restaurants weren’t accepting orders, which made things very inconvenient. The bedsheets were dirty with hair on them, the room had a foul smell, and there were insects around. The Wi-Fi connection was also very slow. On the positive side, the staff was polite and handled requests well, and the location is good with several nice places to visit and plenty of dining options within 1.5 km. However, for the price I paid (~₹5500 per night), the overall experience did not feel justified."
