"I had to ask them to clean up the room again. Room was too warm and air conditioner wasn’t sufficient to manage the heat in the room. Staff is unprofessional and management needs to retrain them for a better customer service. My overall experience was "

"This was a beautiful oasis of calm. Very peaceful with a lovely pool. We did not realise but they had a wonderful buffet tea in the evening which was very cheap. Breakfast was also buffet style with a chef making fresh hoppers and he let my friend try"

"The name of the hotel bears no correlation to what was not a luxury or eco experience. Poor breakfast, dirty sidetable in bedroom, arrived at 4 pm to a hot and mosquito filled lobby. Given the price we were not satisfied customers."
