The staff is amazing—we stopped halfway through our honeymoon in Lake Bled and we needed to get our laundry done so bad. "Amazing experience, definitely worth living once ! The cabin is well kept and surprisingly spacious ! The view is amazing, you have to get up early to watch the sunrise. We also recommend you take the breakfast, it was great and generous. Great location to hike during the day on the Velika Planina, and do try all the restaurant you cross ! No real need to bring food, and they got you covered with different items you may wish in the cabin (chips, wine, chocolate, pasta, cheese..) at fair price."

"The staff was so very friendly. Everyone was extra helpful! The room was comfortable and large. The view was AMAZING! Parking was super easy, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. The shower pressure was great too! The location was perfect as well."

"The room was very clean. Although I booked on the day, the price was reasonable. Staff at the front desk is not particularly helpful. The shuttle bus is something that you have to organise yourself, and the hotel does not have its own shuttle service to the airport. The part to hold the shower higher was broken, but very clean. it is 40/45 minutes walk from the town centre, but the bar/Kino Sisko at the back of the hotel is nice (only they have toasts to eat) place to have a drink. Although the front desk staff do not seem to like to be bothered, generally it is very clean, and the room is modern. If you do not mind being slightly away from the city centre, this is a nice place to stay."

"Absolutely — for Hotels.com I’d make it warm and personal, but fairly concise. Here’s a polished version for Rose Bled: We had a wonderful stay at Rose Bled. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made us feel very well looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and everything we tried was delicious. We also really appreciated the thoughtful service when we had an early train to catch and would miss breakfast. The hotel kindly prepared a lunch box for us to take with us, which was such a lovely touch. Our room had a fantastic balcony with a beautiful view over Lake Bled, including Bled Castle and the church. A lovely hotel with genuinely friendly staff, great food and a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our time at Rose Bled and would happily stay here again. I think this strikes the right balance for Hotels.com — positive and genuine without sounding like an advert."

"Good hotel but I felt it was quite expensive for the room standard. The view from the balcony was excellent but the aircon was weak and the bathroom felt dated. The location is super handy, and the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good and on at good times with plenty seating. The pool areas are a huge highlight of this hotel too- it’s great to have so many to choose from and beautiful views from the terrace. I felt we were charged a lot for extras I expected to be included, for example the onsite saunas. There was also a fee for lost room keys (and remember to take one per person for the pool areas so you cant get in otherwise). It was also the only hotel on our trip that charged for parking however I believe this is due to a bigger parking issue in Lake Bled in general. I would stay here again however- and booking the balcony room made all the difference!"

"If you want an authentic last Century stay this is the place. It is in a pedestrian only enclave which is pretty as a picture postcard and there is lots of shopping and great food. The hotel does not have a lift but staff manage your bags. High ceilings, 4 poster beds and period furniture. And the place is quiet as a church mouse. loved it and I will be back."
