"We got stuck with no place to stay but this one was available. Wasn’t terrible but we won’t stay again. "

"The rooms were clean and well equipped. The fixtures, i.e. bathroom door needed repair, adjoining room door would not properly lock all the way, temperature control was cracked, needed to be updated or repaired. The staff at breakfast were amazing!!!! Very friendly, very open to helping, very inviting. Most the staff were great!!! It was noisy being so close to the highway, so you will need to request the opposite side of your are a light sleeper. Overall, due to the staff being amazing, I'd rate it an 8 out of 10.. most the time you stay at the hotel for a night or two and just sleep there. "

"We arrived at 9pm and left by 8 the next morning - so I can't speak to the vibe in Albany. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. "

"We were initially assigned room 211 The room is totally unsatisfactory couch had no cover on the pillows and was filthy the tv in the living room is missing the bathroom is not clean toilet and tub unsanitary. The front desk person Adrienne has been amazing in trying to rectify the problems if we stay it will be because of her she has been helping since arriving but this room is not acceptable. We were moved to room 311 again filthy couch stained bathroom unsanitary and the floor was caving in. Again Adrienne was exceptionally helpful and trying to assist. After the second room was not up to par we had to relocate at the last minute after our 3 hour drive. Requesting assistance with this matter. "

"Property looks great and well kept as well as new. In a good spot as far as shopping and dining. If you want spirits you have to go elsewhere, but they do have beer. House cleaning is only every 3 day which is a bummer though."
