"It was a convenient location and the breakfast they offered was pretty good. They did not always continue to put out some food items that they ran out of before 9:00 a.m. There was a small candy wrapper on the carpet when we checked in which I left to see if they would vacuum. They did not vacuum while we were there but they did clean the bathroom. One day they did not clean the room so I was able to get clean towels that evening for the next morning. "What a cool place! Great fossil collection and library feel to the lobby. Rooms are very nice."

"The renovation is very annoying and noisy. Checked in, could not get a nap in to do carpet, stripping and trim work being done in my area of the hotel. In addition, some kind of backup in the plumbing caused a backflow of what I can only describe as something into the sink in the vanity."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare, and I liked the little chocolate chip muffins. The hotel was super convenient for a stay after a show at Red Rocks, and there was a Dennys just across the street open 24 hrs for late night munchies. I would stay here again."

"I loved Christine, the gal who checked me in. I was assigned I think the best room in the building. Everything was perfect. Everything. The breakfast was beyond perfect. Something for everyone and the coffee was excellent. I’ll return ASAP. I loved the spacious large comfy room. The heater was wonderful too as I got wet and cold attending an outdoor Red Rocks amphitheater concert and it rained. Thank you for being there when I needed a place to stay in Lakewood CO. I’ll be back. GV."

"Room was clean, bed was comfy, loved the closet space. Our 2 bedroom/1 bath suite was perfect for us to stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was typical continental. The only problems we had was that all 3 TV’s had lines and we could not watch them, and our AC would not cool any lower than 75, even though it was set on 70."
