"All my criticism should be moderated by the price, overall this hotel is a good deal. The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay."

"I booked for senior citizen mother who travelled all the way from Patna to Kolkata alone for some professional work. The payment was to be done on arrival. When my mom reached the hotel, they denied hotel room saying, all rooms have been given out for a marriage party. This was shocking to us. I gave this Terrible star because on request the hotel manager booked a room in a hotel across the road. Not recommending this hotel to anyone anymore. Go their at your own risk. "
