"Very poor quality. Bathrooms didn’t have curtains. Towels were not given in good number. The bed sheet, pillows and all are very old and so don’t look real white. The flooring laminations are slowly coming loose. Room service would sometimes respond very late. All the traffic noise is so audible n inside the room disturbing my work calls. Overall I am not satisfied. "

"Enjoyed the stay at Hyatt Raipur. Look forward to the next visit. The hotel staff were very helpful and went out of the way to help. Anirban , Sangita at reception did early checkin for me which helped me after coming from a long trip from US. The restaurant staff also stood out and Manju was very good in followup "
