"Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room a bit tight for 4 people. AC works well. Travel agency in the lobby and they helped us with airport pickup and day trip to Ninh Binh with transportation included."

The staff was simply incredible. I can't believe this hotel isn't ranked number one among the four hotels in the group. I am seriously considering coming back to Vietnam just so I can stay here again.
