"I have a complaint about Hotel Terra. First, I never stayed at this so call Hotel, there was never a reservation, the receptionist said also no a computer to checked. Second, the Hotel Terra was not a Hotel like it showed on the pictures. It looked like a dirty motel. I have the picture to show. I felt scammed. I do deserved a Refund. I will need a followed up.
