"Friendly staff, conveniently located near Berliner Tor with great connections to Hamburg. For us the beds were too firm and I prefer having access to tea/coffee facilities rather than having to pay for it all in the lobby bar. Good showers including shower gel etc. Breakfast was good, with range of hot and continental breakfast."
