"Pros: Nice riad. Beautiful courtyard. Hassan, Mohammed & team were exceptional. Their service is better than 5 star hotels. Food is great at the riad. Location is in the middle of the Medina but the front entrance leads to the parking lot which is easy for pickup & drop off. Completely safe to walk around in evening. Would return to the riad if I go back to Fes. Cons: Rooms could use a little upgrade. Toiletries were not labeled so, its hard to tell which is the hand soap. "

"The staff was amazing. The receptionist Ikaram welcomed us with a cup of tea and invited us to wait in the garden. It was impressive to see how attentive she was with us while multitasking and helping other guests at the same time. She was so kind and responsive! "The room was very noisy due to poor sound insulation from the window – you could hear a lot from outside. The bed was hard but okay, it worked. I was going to swim and asked for two towels – one for me and one for my dad – but they said they only had one left, and then they ran out of towels. The one I got felt a bit damp, like it might have already been used, which wasn’t very pleasant."
