Major negative for me is they lock you in at night. I resent being locked into any property and guests must have a way to leave on their own if they want to run in the morning. Disgusting and inappropriate. The bathroom was filthy the first couple days I was there then it was finally cleaned. Orbitz ad says there are microwaves and fridges in every room, that is not true and I consider it to be fraud. Charge back incoming for not as described.

I liked the staff and hospitality. It is central. It could be cleaner. Bring your own locker, towel, shampoo, everything.

To loud to rest
The place is located right on an avenue. There is extreme noise from the outside, plus the noise they do all night at the lobby, the phone never stopped ringing. Extremely loud place not a place to be able to rest at.

The decor was nice. Staff were friendly. I liled the capsule rooms for more privacy. Lucked out as I was the only one in the room. Floors in the room and bathroom were filthy. I had to sweep them. Shower on second floor hardly had water come out.Toilet was dirty.No hand soap or paper towel. Breakfast was toast and instant coffee. They stored my backpack amd let me stay a bit longer. Thanks

Close to historical centre
Some confusion about reservation, but all in all helpful staff. Because it is on a busy street it is quite noisy, but the room was large and ok.

Positive: Affordable price. The hostal is located in few minutes walking distance from historical center. Friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to cook in a well-equipped,shared-kitchen(fridge is available to keep your stuffs). Regular room cleaning service. The bed was really comfortable and big. Negative: Wi-Fi is only available downstairs (but reliable). Do not expect much with breakfast. In our room, there was no closet, neither window to open (airing the room out was quite difficult), the toilet seat was broken and has not been replaced. The rooms are separated by very thin walls so certain neighbor noises can be expected (at least this was the case in the room we were accommodated in). The hostal is situated next to a road with considerable traffic hence ear plugs might be necessary. It is advisable to go for rooms with private bathroom.
