Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Don’t stay here!

No office staff. Apparently locals are allowed to use the facilities and were having a loud obnoxious party in a pavilion. We waited in the gravel driveway because we didn’t know who to speak with about our stay. My daughter felt unsafe so we drove 45 min back to Quepos.
