"We were very thankful we could store our luggage and use the facilities both on the day of arrival and departure as we arrived early and had a later train. The staff was so friendly and offered suggestions for activities. The pool was nice and the pool bar had great food and cocktails. The breakfast had many choices. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to book a shower room on our last day which was greatly appreciated. The staff went above and beyond. Would come back!"

"The property was fantastic,it had all the amenities that is available ie swimming pool Sauna Turkish Bath and a SPA.The breakfast was exceptional,Apart from the above i have to mention the friendly helpful and cheerful staff at the resort"

"Great stay at Laguna resort, which is a quiet and relaxing retreat on the outskirts of Vilamoura. Taxi to the marina is around €6, excluding tip. You could walk although it’s about 30mins in the heat. Limited dining options on the resort but plenty within a short taxi ride. Villa cleaned 6 days (Sunday off), downside was the hot tub is not operational and top level unusable, also patio area could have been cleaner. "We had an excellent stay from start to finish. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was of a very high standard with plenty of choice we only ate out once all week. The football pitch, running track, and gym were fantastic for our family, and there was also plenty of entertainment around the pool. "5 stars all around. Claudia is a wonderful host, extremely communicative, pleasant and has tons of helpful advice. Her apartment is super clean and modern. Washer and dryer availability, which is a plus. I have zero complaints! Highly recommend."

"Great hotel for a family holiday with 3 generations from age 10 to age 70. Food plentiful and great quality, rooms huge and clean with comfy beds, entertainment team were brilliant. Thank you for a fabulous break. "
