We are really sorry you did not find the room convenient for children, but we want to let you know that was room was originally a normal dorm, as it is now, but we had to reform that into a Family Room due COVID. About the parking, yes you are right, our carpark is for campervan, but if we have availability we will always give you the chance to park there otherwise you have to do it on the street.Thank you for your feedback, we take all your comments to improve our services and facilities.

Hi, Thank you for staying with us at Black Sheep Backpackers! Our location is very handy only a 2 minute walk from the center of town surrounded by free parking. We pride ourselves on having friendly and helpful staff. Glad to hear you enjoyed our amenities, sad you didn't get to use the Hot Pool its open from 9am to 9pm daily. Hopefully you got to use some of our other great facilities Free Bike Hire, Free Wifi, Lounge with games and Netflix, full kitchen, laundry facilities, BBQ Deck or Travel Desk. Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us at review. Queenstown over New Years (between 28th and 6th Jan) is known to attract lots of teenagers. To ensure Black Sheep Backpackers stays comfortable for all guests we do have a drinking ban at the hostel and also our usually no noise policy between 9pm and 8am is enforced to keep noise down. We are sorry to hear you wont recommend us to a family/couple, we have lots of families and couple stay with us. Thank you.

Thank you for your review! First, we are sorry if it was a misunderstanding, but all our bathrooms are shared and our private rooms have not private bathrooms. About the toiletries, we do not provide this, we are a hostel and hostels do not provide toiletries. Also, as we are hostel, It is common to ask to guests to take all the sheets and pillow cases at the front or just leave them at the top of your bed. Sorry if our Hostel did not reach your expectations. We hope you have had a great time on Queenstown.

Hey Reiko, we're sorry to hear you only found your stay a 1/5 experience. We definitely do have an open concept layout that takes advantage of the gorgeous outside space surrounding us. The bathrooms are a short walk outside from the rooms but they most of the walkways are completely covered. We hope you choose to stay with us again in the future and can improve your experience.
