I highly recommend this hotel, which is conveniently located within a 10-minute walking distance from the town. Although there is a steep incline, you'll find the ski shuttle and airport bus right outside the hotel. Situated on a small hill, the hotel offers a breathtaking view that adds to its charm. 總體嚟講，性價比高

The rooms were warm and cosy with modern fittings. Very walkable to Queenstown town centre as well as accessible to major bus routes. Will stay here again!

The Ramada is at a good location just a 6 to 8 minute walk down to city centre. Room size is average, a strange large metal gate-like barrier diagonally across in front of the window. Bathroom and shower modern and good water pressure. Heat pump was very noisy. House keeping was very late(after 3pm) so this was skipped as we had already returned to the room from excursion. Check in staff member was lovely and efficient, check out staff member not so much - not friendly at all. Overall a mixed bag, not sure if we will stay again.

The guy at the front desk is extremely rude definitely didn’t give any welcoming vibes… the shelf in our room was broken so maintenance came and fixed it which was great.. condensation in the room was terrible window ledges always soaking wet in the morning In one of the rooms u could roll over in your bed and touch the toilet which is never a good thing… food in the restaurant was terrible and I don’t think we where the only ones who thought that as a lot of food was left on plates outside doors for room service Average stay lucky we where in beautiful Queenstown which made up for it

This was alright. We were happy that we could see some of the mountain range. The bed was nice and had a pleasant sleep. We loved how close this was to the city centre. However, the wardrobe door blocks the kitchen drawer from opening which didn’t make sense. The toilet/bathroom was very cramped. As soon as you open the door to the bathroom it bangs against the toilet which is behind the door. It was a pain. The toilet paper holder was very loose which made the roll continuously off. The bathroom door handle was very loose and didn’t lock. It also would’ve been nice if there was some milk in the fridge for tea/coffee when you arrive.
