The space available was good. Seating and beds comfortable. Bathrooms good. Heating in the living area was totally inadequate. Cutlery was mixed and insufficient. Providing Sky TV should be basic for the price of this accommodation. Never getting sunshine on the property made it cold and rather cheerless.

Check out the view!

Great location (6 min drive to town centre, 50 min walk otherwise, 10 min walk to Altitude Brewing) with amazing views and access to the walking track along Lake Wakatipu. Fully self contained unit with internal access garage and modern kitchen (gas hobs). Only shortcoming I pointed out to the management was the lack of a Covid tracker app barcode for guests to scan to enable rapid contact tracing if required.

Good option for families

Good kitchen facilities bathroom was nice and warm and heat pump upstairs was very warm unfortunately the top bedroom did not have a heater electric blankets on all the beds was a nice touch. My biggest problem was the TV very old and not smart TV so couldn't even watch anything else would not rely on it on a rainy day make sure you bring your devices. Beautiful view and nice to have an internal garage after a long day out.

This was a well appointed unit, fortunately the bathrooms were clean but the floor in the lounge may have missed the vacumn. The location was good for us between town and the airport and nice to access the lake walk track.

Check in takes place on the other side of Queenstown and the traffic was bad, then you have to get back to the property, irritating. Fabulous uninterrupted view over the lake to the mountains and a balcony. It didn't make up for the lack of internet, restricted to 6 hours per stay and never got it on the phone or laptop despite getting a new code. The microwave didn't work and the TV cracked up each night through a weak signal (?) so was impossible to watch with frozen picture and sound stuttering. The joining instructions from the last occupants were under the table. There was dust on the steel frame of the table, hairs on the black easy chair and soap in the bathroom that had things stuck to it. A crack in the bathroom door looked as if it had been head butted. The parking was VERY tight. The quilt cover had seen better days. Out of 18 places we've stayed in in NZ this was the worst. Complacency as to where it is? Attention to detail and basic facilities are a must. The first bad review we've sent in. Really disappointing.

The view was fantastic. We had a balcony view of the lake. The location was very good. A cycle/walkway was very near. The tv reception was poor, the microwave didn’t work and the shower was dirty on arrival.

Before leaving on my trip I requested check in instructions from the property which did not arrive before departure. Arriving at the property there was a check-in sign with an arrow leading to nowhere. Another guest arrived and told us that the instructions were in an email. My phone would not connect and we had to find a store to buy a sim card. We then had to go past the property through a very crowded resort town to get to the office where we could pick up the keys.

The property itself was perfect and looked out onto a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. It’s was far enough removed from town that we really felt like we had space but a short five minute drive to the action. It was very clean and really felt like home. We will 100% be trying to book the same place when we come back to Queenstown.

Lovely view, well equipped, outside the centre.

Appartment was pleasant with lovely views of the lake from lounge area and a well equipped kitchen area. Bedroom was a bit dark with no view but lounge views compensated for this. Arrival procedure was a bit awkward as instructions were written for people arriving by car, not using the bus service which stops outside (stops named Battery Hill) and runs 4 times an hour to the airport in one direction and the centre of Queenstown in the other. You can also walk into the centre in about 30 minutes along the shore of the lake.

Liked view, although partial, of lake and mountain range. Liked garage. Liked size of unit/apartment. A bit dusty, and dirty marks on carpet on staircase and damage to walls mostly up staircase but also broken area on corner of wall near cupboard in bedroom, broken /? Missing curtain hooks, doors on balcony not aligned and unable to fasten latch to secure properly and a number of issues with broken furniture -broken wheel casters in drawers of TV cabinet. No where to put soap /shampoo while showering and no shower curtain /door meant quite wet tiles almost up to toilet. Microwave too high up for safety, no oven gloves. No list of what items/number of crockery/cutlery items. Great location. Overall very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again as, in the bigger picture, the “issues” weren’t significant problems really.

Hot water system was average at best. Took ages for hotwater to come through and then fluctuated all the time while showering from hot to cold! The entry to our unit was very untidy from dirt and old leaves and was tracked inside every time you entered making the inside grubby. Admin needs a smarten up as documents showed us as having an American address when we are NZer's! and booked using our confirmed NZ address.

We stayed at the lake front apartment 42A. The view from the huge balcony is breath taking. The apartment is well insulated with double glazed windows so it's nice and toasty inside. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, just perfect for a family who can cook a simple dinner. Location wise we found it quite convenient to get into CBD, supermarkets and airport. T
