"Clean"

"The housekeeper on duty the 26th on the 5th floor was an exceptional individual. Pleasant, efficient, and very customer oriented. I would like you to let her know that I listed her here. Unfortunately I did not see her name. The front desk staff was mediocre. I was checked into a double and had reserved a king. She did not tell me this! I had a meeting so no time to change to the room I had paid for! It was odd, really. So they compled my 35$$ parking fee, which is outrageous anyway, frankly. Annapolis does not aspire to 35$ parking. 36$+ wth the tax. Seriously?? Breakfast we waited about 25 minutes for coffee and our order taken. The food was OK, no seasonings, no garnish and poor portioning of side dishes. No silverware with the plates delivered. The waitress seemed overworked even though it wasn't particularly busy. The whole stay was simply mediocre, at best. We come to Annapolis to go to Ram's Head and hear the music at 49 West so this property is a great location. If you comp me a room for my experience so we can try again I'l recover for you with a better review. "

When we returned to our room about 11:00 that evening our room was so hot and the thermostat was registering 85 though we had it set to 68. We went to the front desk to complain and were told this happens in certain rooms. She told us to open the window (it was 33 degrees outside) and gave us a small fan! "
