"The hotel staff were beyond friendly and helpful. If you needed anything the team went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The cleaning staff were consistently cleaning and making sure the property was presentable. "Loved this boutique hotel! Perfect location and equal easy walking access to Otrobanda, Punda and Pietermaai. Loved the pool to cool off in the evenings and the staff are very helpful and kind. Air conditioning worked very well, excellent water pressure for ladies with long hair. Rooms are clean and the hotel is period perfect. Can’t wait to go back"

"Honestly, coming from a fellow Caribbean island where tourism is #1, I didn't get that warm welcome or felt like I was priority/mattered. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and very selective with who they served. Good quality Wi-Fi can make or break a vacation.
