"We had no hot water, had to take cold showers. We were locked out both rooms and had to go back and exchange keys no reason was given for why the keys was not working "

"There was one working elevator however guest kept trying to overfill it causing it to not work a couple times during the stay. The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned properly. I received text messages around children of other guest misbehaving that were offensive as i was the only african American there at that time. "
