Our stay was just great. I read about the self check out in advance, so I knew what to expect. When we got to the room the code I had gotten by email didn’t work, so I called the customer service number and they answered immediately, gave me the new code and problem solved so quick and they were always friendly. When I needed something I texted and they answered always fast, more than when you are in a hotel with front desk personnel. The room was clean and nice.
