The staff was bilingual. The concierge help us get a tour bus even before we were able to check in. We were very early, just getting off a cruise ship. Very Good restaurant on the premises.

When you are traveling with a dog (which the Alt welcomes) it is a nice perk to be able to order room service from a good restaurant with a really great menu…delivered on a classy tray with unique tableware to your room. No need for fast food or taking turns out. I LOVE THIS! Try the the Grilled Romaine Salad!

Honestly it was a perfect place to stay, would definitely one back again. Only small complaint would be the parking area was very small , and the bed a tad too soft , but these were minor issues . Overall the staff was excellent, room was clean and location was perfect!!
