"We had a lovely 3-night stay for my husbands birthday. We were unhappy with our assigned room (required two separate elevators and was very dark with small windows) and they graciously accommodated a room change and a complementary split of champagne! (I had mentioned my husband’s birthday.). Service was excellent throughout the weekend and our room was lovely. Merci!"

"We booked Lhotel Quebec on a whim when our travel plans didn't work out. I was traveling with my two girls (7 and 5). We wanted something close to the airport with a great pool. We definitely got that and so much more. The staff were great, the rooms were clean and modern and comfortable. The pool was a ton of fun. Also the food in the hotel restaurant I thought was going to be a bummer -- it was honestly really good. We enjoyed both dinner there (the burgers and nachos were awesome) and...

The restaurant downstairs offers excellent dining experience. Our outside view from the room was beautiful! We highly recommended! "
