We found this space very last minute. We did not see any other people staying there which was slightly off-putting. But, the space was very nice and we would stay again. It is like a condo or apartment.

Great place!
It wasn't expected for me to sleep there but it happened to be a really great place. Clean, quiet. I recommend +++ Il n'était pas prévu pour moi de dormir à cet endroit. Mais ç'a été un excellent choix. Tres propre et tranquille. Si j'ai besoin de dormir dans ce secteur à nouveau, ce sera là! Je recommande +++

As soon as I checked in the staff member working at the front desk recommended a number of places to visit during my stay. This was great, I didn’t know there were many things you could do so close to the accommodation. The room was very clean, modern and perfect for any solo travellers. Would highly recommend.

The staff was very welcoming, the Thai restaurant is a hidden gem. Great place to stay, lots of things to see around and Quebec city is not far away. The condo was well equipped and very clean. The beds are decent. It is a bit noisy because of the big street in front. So if you're easily disturbed by street noise, it might not be as good as an experience for you. When you go for a walk behind the building, the view is breathtaking. We will go back to this place if we have to go in that area. The restaurant Le Marié de Beaupré at a walkable distance is the perfect place for an amazing breakfast. You can find a A&W, a Tim Hortons, a subway and a yuzu sushi all at walkable distance too.

Very Clean Budget Motel
This was a very clean budget motel for a 2-night stay to visit St. Anne de Beaupre on the long drive home. It was in good shape physically. The room was small but to be expected for the $. Sink was in room since the bathroom was too small to have it. And the road noise was higher because it was on the main road. But Tim Horton's was across the street, as well as other restaurants within walking distance. Overall I would stay again for such a trip.

The staff were so honest, drove away without my purse, called them and drove back, nothing was taken, could have been end of holiday on the 1st day, then left my pillow which they kept for our return a week later.

Highly recommanded really clean and nicely located
For the price to be honest this was a perfect spot for a ski weekend. Outside may need a bit of revamp but its was really clean and fresh rooms! I higly recommand! Nicely located by the st-lawrence and close to all restaurants groceries and visit spots ! 5*****

The place was clean. Very little hot water shower (it was physically limited to have overall lukewarm water). No hand soap by the vanity sink (empty container). Over-all it was ok for one night.

Hello, on the expedia site, it is indeed indicated that the room you have chosen to rent measures 1097 sq.Ft. So you were aware that this is our smallest room at our lowest price. We're sorry you're unhappy, but the photo on the expedia site is true to life. You had the choice of renting a more spacious room, but your choice fell on the room with the doible bed. good day to you.

My only gripe was that the add on expedia said it was a queen. When we arrived the bed was a double.

Beds were comfortable. The bar fridge had a small freezer section. The towels were fluffy. The lockbox outside the room was handy for getting the room key without going through reception. The property accepts dogs and the room smelled like dog even after several sprays of Lysol (yes, it's something I keep in the car). The person in the room next to us got very upset because he said I was in "his" parking spot and insisted I move because he was there for a week; there are no numbered spots in the parking lot. I put a chair under the doorknob during the night just in case. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is traffic noise from the 138, but I left the bathroom fan on during the night to create white noise.
