Great location.convenient and close to all quebec city has to offer. Rooms are nicely appointed and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and woukd stay again

We loved this hotel which is in a superb location very close to Frontenac. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are several steps leading up to the entrance where the door opens outwards which is difficult to manoeuvre with a suitcase. There is a terrace on the top of the hotel where you can get good views. Would definitely recommend for the able bodied.

Quaint hotel in perfect location to visit Old Quebec. Easy check in and out. Well appointed and quiet room. My only complaint was the room was too warm for me at night. I missed having a ceiling fan. With that being said I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot to stay in Vieux Quebec, within a quick walk to all the sites. Steep stairs in front, but a street level entrance in back plus an elevator makes it good for someone who has mobility issues. Our room was nice with a comfy bed & a good shower. The lounge & jacuzzi on the lower level were great amenities. The wine machine was fun! Nice, helpful staff.

The hotel is conveniently located at the center of old quebec. It’s so nice to just walk outside and get to the attractions. The spa is so nice too. The staff are helpful. There’s no carpeted floor but for me I like it coz I think it’s cleaner. The rent free wifi too! For negatives, it’s so sad that there’s no microwave in the room. Maybe it’s for safety purposes but it’s disappointing that you can’t heat up your leftovers in your room. You need to go the dining hall and it closes early too. There’s also no active vent in the bathroom. There’s a “vent” but it does not suction air. Overall it’s a nice hotel.

Overall, my stay at Manoir Vieux Quebec was excellent. Special thanks to Emma, Lea, Edouard, Samuel, Élodie, Alexandra, Maxime and the team for their exceptional service and hospitality. Can't wait to return! thanks to the incredible team who made me feel right at home! :) I have to mention the amenities of the hotel, which such as the microwave and coffee machine in the main hall, perfect for a quick snack or a warm cup of hot chocolate on a chilly day. The gym was offering a quiet and peaceful environment for a workout without the usual noise and distractions. I also appreciated the variety of rooms available to suit different needs, ensuring that every guest can find their perfect accommodation. And also the spa with warm water. At my stay the roof area was still in winter mode but the view was prefect.

Exceptional! One of the things I appreciated most about the rooms was the adjustable ambient lighting, allowing me to set the perfect mood for relaxation. Plus, the spacious layout meant that there was plenty of room for all my belongings, making it ideal for travelers with lots of luggage. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. The housekeeping staff were prefect , always ensuring that the rooms were kept spotless and attending to any needs I had promptly and efficiently. I also loved the convenient amenities offered by the hotel, including early check-in if the room was available before 4 pm, making it incredibly convenient with two entrances, including a back door for easy access with luggage.. The hotel's location was perfect, situated close to all historic sites, restaurants, famous Château Frontenac, river view, pharmacy and super market.

Had a wonderful 19-day stay at Manoir Vieux-Quebec . Friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient amenities, and excellent service made my stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest staff who make me feel welcome and ensure that I had everything I needed. Maxime, the director, was particularly helpful and attentive, ensuring that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Throughout my stay, I had the opportunity to stay in three different rooms as I extended my visit. Each room, from the economical room to the standard room and king-bed rooms, was immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. The bathrooms were clean and new , and I was delighted to find that the heater and air conditioner adjust to the exact temperature I want, allowing me to enjoy the warm weather just as I like it.

The front steps are an accident waiting to happen and there is no parking. You have to park at least 3 to 6 minutes away. Other than that the place is beautiful and comfortable. Very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit and not a far walk to good restaurants

We do have a back entrance with no stairs accessible after check-in though. Also, we have a list of parking recommandation at the reception. We spent 3 nights and found the hotel perfect for our needs. The room was comfortable and our room’s window faced the river. We did find it odd that the clear glass shower was in the sleeping area. Everything is within walking distance. We didn’t need our car the entire time. If you have a car, ask about the parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Quaint Quebec exterior. Modern interior. Wonderful shower! Spa and gym and salon amenities wonderful. Do not miss the terrace on the roof. In heavy April rain and snow, this was a haven.

hotel is clean with new furniture. it has a relax vibe. close to everything you need to see. view is the chateau frontenac. the price is worth the stay. decent and feels high end and very cozy. staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Edward and his co-worker (i forgot his name) who worked last saturday night. thanks for reserving my taxi for 3 am. Merci🙏 stay there if you want to feel safe and relaxed. worth it❤️

I stayed at Hotel Manoir Vieux Quebec for 4 nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The building has recently been renovated and has a great combination of old style charm and modern conveniences. I would stay again if I visit Quebec in the future.

Our stay was amazing. Excellent location. The vibe you get looking through the windows is like living in a fairytale story. Parking was a little inconvenient. I don’t blame the place as this is old Quebec. Infrastructure was not present back then but overall the stay was pleasant. It’s so close to nice restaurants.
