"Fabulous location a block from the Chateau Frontenac facing the river and the boardwalk. The desk staff was wonderful with great suggestions. Room cleaning was lacking. We had 4 rooms and 2 of them never had maid service. My sister had to ask for fresh towrls at the desk."
