A very charming hotel set in an absolutely beautiful location - everything was within walking distance and the surrounding views were stunning. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although they forgot to give us new towels after taking our used ones. However, the floor was carpeted so we could roll around on it to dry off. We were pleased that the mini fridge was refilled daily with complimentary snacks.

It was everything we expected and more. Very close to everything. Comfortable rooms, a little dated and a bit of a workout every day without an elevator (also as expected). Staff were fantastic - very friendly and helpful.

Very charming people! Stayed 3 nights June 2024. Central location, comfortable and well kept. I recommend getting a balcony room looking on the river. Really pleasant place for morning coffee and evening relaxing!

Amelie was so helpful and I appreciate Zineb’s efforts with our check in. What a gem of a location and parking was convenient. Loved the ease to get to the Terrasse Dufferin and downtown Quebec City.

Amilie and her crew are always more than willing to do everything they can to make your stay the best it can be. This is a very typical "Old Quebec" building with one of the best terrasse/river views from the balcony rooms. Thankyou for being there, to help make our visit to Quebec City an AMAZING experience.

Beautiful view of the St Laurence and the Chateau Frontenac. Steps to the Terrasse Board walk. Nice room with sitting area and plenty of space and the owners were charming.
