"The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. "

"Awful experience! Booked a room and tried to cancel, but the hotel's complete silence has been appalling. Over a week and multiple messages sent with ZERO response - no apology, no explanation, nothing. Not about the money, but where's the respect? I am sorry Not recommended.
