The hotel is beautiful, the concierge was super friendly and helpful, we had an absolutely amazing stay.

Very disappointed for overall service and booking

My booking dates was changed without my approval and it caused additional charges to me. I had to stay one night one private house and second night moved to VIP room by payed additional money.
