"Location was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful but we've felt we had to request for things...not a biggy but noticeable. We're not really big on breakfast so can't offer any feedback but their scones and jam were pretty good when we had them."

"Our hotel room smelled like kitchen exhaust the entire time, it was nauseating. The tv did not face the bed. The breakfast was hit miss quality. The staff was aloof and did not ask how our stay was. The elevator was broken, we were on the 4th floor. The bathroom door did not fit the frame and you could see through. The room was not cozy- tile and hardwood only, no carpet. Which is good because it would only smell like kitchen exhaust. Galway, however, was grand!"

"The location is excellent, right next to the city center and an easy walk to an area for taxi pick up. The staff was outstanding. Very friendly and incredibly accommodating. Room was clean and we loved the decor. Highly recommend"
