"The room was very noisy due to poor sound insulation from the window – you could hear a lot from outside. The bed was hard but okay, it worked. I was going to swim and asked for two towels – one for me and one for my dad – but they said they only had one left, and then they ran out of towels. The one I got felt a bit damp, like it might have already been used, which wasn’t very pleasant."

The riad is in a great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Gate of the Medina. The area feels safe and quiet. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. "Experience was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, great staff, delicious breakfast. Only issue is people will try to direct you into parking spots or garages. Your vehicle will be safe but its a hustle for money. There is a garage right next to the hotel that is less money. If I'm in Fes again I will definitely be coming back. "
