"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "Hotel is modern and rooms were well decorated and maintained. Staff was exceptional from the front desk, food services to the daily housekeeping team. Breakfast was lovely. Nearby buses and train but not close enough to hear traffic. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect location for exploring Florence. 1mile from the train station (20 min walk). Overlooking the river. Clean. Staff friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast. "Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"I recently traveled to Florence with a friend, and stayed six nights a the lovely Villa Neroli. The staff was welcoming, and helpful as we set out to navigate Florence. We began each day with a wonderful breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. Most days we took the #17 bus (about a ten minute walk from the hotel) into Florence city center for a 1.70 Euro. It was inexpensive and convenient (about 25 minutes) into the city center. "Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend."
