"As soon as I arrived the hotel, a young guy at the front was very kind. He did upgrade the room for me to the bigger and ocean view room. I already feel comfortable. The buffet breakfast was incredible! I stayed for 5 nights. Almost all menus are different daily. I could enjoy genuine Vietnamese food variety. They take care of the guest's stomach. Very good! The floor staff, Stella is so kind and helpful. I have nothing to complain about this hotel. when you have an opportunity to come to Da Nang, I highly recommend this hotel. I felt much more satisfaction than I paid. "

"Very average with possibly a view towards poor condition hotel. Huge benefit is the location of you want to be close to the beach and at a walkable distance to any food or drink place. This is the most touristy area, but still fairly well isolated at night to get good sleep. Everything in our room was very tired and worn down. The bathroom furniture and toilet were close to ready for replacement. It is kind of you get what you pay for. Probably the property was much nicer years ago. The staff members were great and helped us with suggestions as well as laundry and good communication!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Vietnam. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I arrived a bit late, they checked me in quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. They were always ready to help with directions, local recommendations, and any questions I had. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. It made it easy to explore the area and enjoy the local food. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. "Beautiful property right on the beach with a great central location. I just can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff. Everyone from the front desk, to the pool attendants, bell staff and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and kind. They look after every need you could possibly have. The buffet breakfast is very good and fresh every morning. I travel quite a bit and this is a great property, one of the best I’ve stayed at. All thumbs up from me! "
