"Lovely, clean, quiet property. Out room had everything we needed with plenty of space for a family of four. Bed were pretty comfortable too. The Spa was perfect temperature and location is close walking distance to cafes, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning."

"The room was generally great and the pricing is reasonable. Check-in process information was received by email and was comprehensive enough to work. However, there didn't seem to be a single staff member onsite which gives a certain abandoned vibe to the whole place. I also had to do some low level hunting to find my room as a result. Room walls are a little thin, could hear TV in adjacent room pretty easily. The room facilities and condition was great though and the location is also excellent."

"My wife and I stayed at The Settlement on the 7th and 8th due to a family bereavement. The staff were caring and compassionate from Check in to departure. The rooms are a generous size and spotlessly clean' The food was excellent and the waiting staff and bar staff attentive. Special thank to Jason for his care and kind words at a difficult time. I recommend The Settlement if you need accommodation in the Cranbourne area use The Settlement."
