"Men’s Bathroom in common area was disgusting dirty with no toilet paper seat on toilet falling off. Room wasn’t ready that we had picked . Don’t receive so called hot cookies. Bathroom shower in room was disgusting and shower head was pathetic. Just not a good experience."

"The staff was great. The room was clean. However… the toilet ran and the sink was clogged. When maintenance came, they must’ve thought the toilet was clogged because I could tell they had plunged it and left a mess behind doing so. They unclogged the sink and left the snake on the floor for me to pick up."

"I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)"

"When i pulled in, it looked like it was closed. Grounds were not well maintained. Weeds in beds and dead trees as well. Amenities were broken and pool looked dirty and cloudy. I paid more for the in room jet tub and it was broken. Was told sorry. No offer to rectify the issue. Rooms and hallway was really clean. Rather disappointed in my stay here."
