"Might as well eat somewhere else for breakfast. Charged us $100 because my daughter accidentally spilled a small amount of chocolate milk on the sheets they claim couldn’t come out with bleach. We told the attendant as soon as the incident happened so she could wash the sheets. But she said it would have to wait till morning and didn’t offer any new bedding. There was mold on the curtains, the floor was falling apart, and the chlorine in the hot tub will make your eyes burn. "
"Figure out which side the train tracks are on and book your room on the other side or you’ll be woke up every hour. Make sure the shower door in your room slides shut & will stay closed before you decide to shower or your bathroom will flood which you’ll see on your ceiling from the floor above you by shotty patchwork. "The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate."
"Pool and hot tub were broke I paid $200 for one night without access to the pool or bar area that has pool table none of this was compensated either. I think they should have gave us a partial refund. We came for the pool and they didn’t have one or offer any type of discount or refund. Sad because I went 5 years ago and it was much better."
