"Very friendly English speaking. Also note that in the Wotif notes, it states that the front reception is unstaffed, this isnt true. The reception is staffed as per a normal high end hotel. "No concierge or bell boy met us upon arrival. We were finally directed to the front desk for check-in, then abandoned to find our room on our own, with no explanation of the room or facility...never had that happen in a "5 star" hotel before.
