"This is a beautiful property with unique, rustic design situated in the middle of the village, definitely off the beaten path! The suite we stayed in on the 4th floor had a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The property was well maintained and the staff was amazingly accommodating. Ayant un vol tardif (22h35), nous avons demandé à garder la chambre un peu plus longtemps, ce que le personnel a accepté. Nous sommes allés bronzer à quelques mètres de l'appartement et, à notre retour, nous avons constaté un cambriolage : valise fouillée, baie vitrée ouverte (jamais utilisée), argent liquide, papiers...

"No internet for two days because they didn’t pay their bill, no response from staff, they just said what can we do… No toilet seat or cover in the toilet, no shower gel or shampoo, only hard soap when demanded. Rooms smell of humidity and fungus. Disturbance at night. Restaurant kitchen is dirty and messy and on top of that the staff asking us to invite them for beer from their own bar. Only good thing with this place is its location. "

"This hotel had absolutely everything I could ask for! My only comment would be to make the distinction between Z and Z2 a bit clearer so travelers know exactly what they’re booking. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always eager to help. The private beach with access to the public beach offered the best of both worlds, and the on-site restaurants were amazing with delicious menus. Breakfast was convenient and definitely worth it, though you can also order from a menu if you’d like something different. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The entire property is truly out of this world. 10/10 highly recommend!"
