Belle établissement situé en centre ville. Chambre spacieuse, très bon petit déjeuner. Dommage que les chambres ne soient pas équipées d’un mini-bar au regard du standing affiché, un manque à corriger pour décrocher les 5 étoiles !!

The check in procedure is ridiculous. Climbing over piled up snow to reach the key box which is located away from the building. Somehow towels and sheets are NOT included. They charge extra. And they its cheaper to buy them new than rent them. What an over complicated stay and waste of time.
