"Hi,
The Tropical Breeze Hotel is a great place for £6 pounds a night as it is very cost effective. However, the room has no A/C that is working and only a fan that has minimal impact. Therefore, if you stay at this establishment your bedroom will turn into a sauna!

"It was Filthy !! Pillows had black mold , mattress was filthy , limited towels ( half were torn in half baby blankets)
No hot water at all , access road to hotel was mud and NO LIGHTING at night ..
I LEFT HOTEL 5 days Early as I started to get sore red eyes, running nose and a cough.
I will be contacting EXPEDIA how they can have such a HORRIBLE property in their system.. "

"Confirmed reservation and payment on Expedia. Hotel claims they no longer work with Expedia so they didn't have my Expedia-confirmed reservation... and I had to pay again (so paid both to Expedia online and to Hotel in-person)... confusing and not good. A refund is deserved here... right Expedia?"
