Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
the staff were not supportive. The booking included breakfast, as mentioned in the confirmation email and receipt PDF. However, the staff stated that this detail was not reflected in their system and directed me to contact the booking site’s support team. This caused inconvenience and should be looked into.
