"Room 1 air-conditioning was not strong even in the nights and left it on the whole day and 4 nights. We opted to sleep our heads on the feet area of the bed to feel the aircon. Otherwise, most of the staff very good, done excellent job and friendly. Another thing one of the Male reception staff took the Clients from Febry. I only confirmed and changed the time of our booked massage by Febry but this staff made a booking from another Company. We were halfway of our room massage, when the massage people with ferby came. NOT IMPRESS WITH THAT PERSON. To compromised Ferby."

"Listening to ocean wave to fall asleep probably the best part of the hotel. AC is great but the wifi and the signal on the island is bad. maybe it not them but definitely unusable wifi. The place is pretty clean but still right next to beach so sand will get into corners of the room. I still recommend this location if you have a week to spend in here and want to relax a bit."

"Our experience was incredible from start to finish. The customer service is impeccable — the staff responds super quickly and always with genuine kindness. The food is also great: good quality and generous portions, and if you want more variety, there are options just 5 minutes away by car. What stood out most was that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond with details and decoration that made the moment unforgettable. You can tell they truly care about making every guest feel special. The main pool is bigger than it looks in photos, and the location is excellent — everything is close by. When we arrived from the port, they also offered a shuttle for an additional cost, which was a huge relief after the trip. They also helped us book a private tour at a fair and great price, which we really appreciated. As for the price, honestly we feel there's no hotel where you could pay for the level of attention and warmth we experienced here — that's priceless. We noticed the hotel is relatively new with few reviews so far, but don't let that stop you — the quality and service are top-notch, and we left completely delighted. 100% recommended, especially if you're looking for a place with excellent service and location."

"I never expect the places to look just like the advertisements but this one really did. The staff was amazing and friendly. They were always outside sweeping up fallen leaves and making sure the place was tidy. The only thing I didn’t like way that there was no barrier to the shower, but that is very common in the area. The villa had tons of space for two people to stay even if you needed to open your bags to access travel items. The pool was warm and clean every day with very little noise except the occasional motorcycle that was customized with an exhaust. No typical traffic noise. I didn’t eat at the restaurant because I came during the slow season and didn’t want to ask them to dirty dishes just for one meal, but I asked them to reheat something for me and they recooked it like new with no questions and a smile. Very friendly and I will stay here again when I come back to Nusa Penida. There are so many options but this place was sweet, simple, and nice. Right across the street from the water and just a few minutes down the street to beaches. The high tide comes up to the seawall most of the time at this address. "
