"Hace 5 años seguidos k vamos a ese hotel y jamás habíamos visto tanta locura como ahora , lamentablemente no iremos más en el mes de septiembre pk hay demasiados locales en estas fechas y la verdad k no encontramos la tranquilidad k tanto buscabamos , ocupaban todos los lugares ,en la piscina , en el buffet , eran demasiadas personas a la hora de cojer la comida hablaban encima de ellas , se te metían por delante sin pedir una disculpa y muchas cosas mas que la verdad eso me decepcionó muchísimo , necesitan más animación con respecto a la música pk en algunas oportunidades llega el momento en que todo se queda en silencio total, con respecto a lo demás siempre contentos , la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores es única , la comida este año estuvo mejor k nunca los felicito , volvería nuevamente pero jamás en fechas donde estén tantos locales y sin ofender pero es una locura"

"El staff excelente, las habitaciones, el personal de los bares y restaurantes son increíbles, muy amables y siempre dispuestos a dar lo mejor. Muy profesionales todos! Reconocimientos especiales a Joaquín en restaurante, las chicas del bar del lobby, las amas de llave, Elizabeth en front desk y Emilio en los restaurantes. Incluso me gustó mucho ver a la gerente del hotel moviéndose por todas las áreas muy atenta a los clientes y el servicio en general. Felicitaciones para todos!"
