It started during check-in itself. When I asked for a bellboy to help me with the luggage, I was told that " we are a self -service hotel! Had a putrid plate of club sandwich that had a flaky toast, not grilled..On complaining the chef apologises and offers me one more plate of the same thing! One night I had suffered from food poisoning : vomiiting all night..When I contacted the front desk, I was informed that there is no doctor on call or a first-aid kit. My angry remarks must have put them off, that the front desk stopped answering my calls. The room is tiny. There are small posters hidden in the bathroom that says that they will not replace towels everyday to show that they are sustainable! The day of check out, after I threatened them with bad reviews, they tried pacifying me with a breakfast and free drop to the airport. I swear I will never stay there again. Nor will I recommend my friends to do so.

Friendly and courteous staff. We checked in and there was some issue with key card and AC, the frontdesk proactively resolved the issue, specially Jay who arranged for the fix immediately though it was quite late at night. The rooms are small but comfortable and cozy. The property has close vicinity to airport and city center. Overall, pleasant stay.

The staff are not at all helpful. One of the guests me had luggage and did not know how to operate the elevators with the swipe card. No help was proactively provided. Furthermore when I ordered food they did not allow the food from Zomato to be delivered to us. Overall I’ll for these reasons I will give them 1 star.

I stayed here after the COVID lockdown, this is my first stay in hotel since pandemic started. The service they provided is really good, from the time I entered hotel, till checkout, overall a very nice and pleasant stay. When entering they sanitised luggage, all staff is wearing masks. Rooms and elavators are designed to maintain social distancing and to come in minimum contact with anyone. Rooms are clean and neat. Food was awesome, they are providing kids food as requested. Considering my 4 yr old, I have requested boiled eggs and paratha with no spice, and dal rice they provided as requested.

hotel needs an upgrade in service etc
was there for 1 night on a business trip. the room had a stale smell and the bedsheet, covers were slightly damp. smelled like the room was not ventilated sufficiently. breakfast had no international selection and limited local variety. the fruit juice ran out at 7.30am! condition of the hotel generally was run down. stayed at ibis hotels throughout India and not what i expected

Small room, delayed room service, ac set in 24 deg and never cools. Even after the change in temp by the technician , the room never cooled down. Breakfast is not friendly for all types of eaters. Because of constant heating it seemed dry and tasteless. Definitely not for leisure travelers overall a claustrophobic feeling!! Thumbs down👎

Very Rude . I checked in the hotel with my family at around 1 am in the morning. my daughter completely drowsing of and to my surprise the the guy at the reception tells me i cant check in cause my wife did not have her adhar card. I had my adhar card and pan card and was carrying her pan card which is a valid photo id proof. and it states on your site as below Special instructions To register at this property, guests who are Indian citizens must provide a valid photo identity card issued by the Government of India; guests who are foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa. but still i was treated in a rude manner. I requested to speak to the resident manager but even he did not have the courtesy to come up and meet or speak in person bluntly saying a no. At 2 am i had to check in to another hotel and they were good enough to politely accept the pan card as an id. Thank IBIS for all this rude behavior. We will make sure that we never stay in any of your hotels.
