"Nice property. You’re allotted a certain amount of electricity during your stay, but there’s no way to track your usage. I ended up going over, and it would’ve been helpful if the property gave a heads-up when we were getting close so we could avoid extra fees. Also, having some beach chairs available for guests to use would’ve been a nice addition"

"We had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay special.
A standout was Jeison at the bar his passion for crafting drinks really shows, and every cocktail was made with care and professionalism. The food was excellent, and breakfast was always fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to the day.
I also loved having access to their sister resorts and being able to enjoy additional amenities, which made the experience even more...

"The rooms are small! Hotel is extremely overpriced. The mattress is thin, pillows small and the cover was really thin. There is no mirror and the ceiling leaks when AC is on. The balcony is a joke. Pool area closes at 6pm. The employees at the restaurant pool area are rude and standoffish. They only cater to those who look like them. I am confused as to how this hotel has so many good reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the area. Shaniya who works at the front desk was really nice...
