"This hotel is all about the scenic location with a beautiful beach and the blow holes an easy 1/2 mile walk from the hotel. The room was nice, large and clean, but could use a bit of refreshing. The location is so spectacular that any deficiencies are easily overlooked. Staff were all excellent, and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the West Coast."

"Check in was super easy and contactless. Our accommodation at Mamaku Cottage was clean, peaceful and contained everything we needed for a more than comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the lush green surroundings with easy access to tracks and the local cafe/pub. We even had a morning visit from a number of cute wekas! Would definitely recommend and will book again in future."
