"Had request handicap accessibility. The shower “was not” explained this to front desk first employee a young girl said it was not requested. But the the next morning the front desk said yes it was noted in the reservations. The room was just across from the elevator so this was extremely helpful with the mobility issue. And thankfully, I was able to assist my sister in the shower. Staff was quite pleasant Enjoyed our stay with you. Will use you again when I’m in the Jacksonville area."

"Our room was large with comfortable beds. The bathroom was disgusting and needs a renovation. The tub was filthy with the bottom peeling. The floors in the bathroom and the carpet in the room was sticky so I wore my flip flops the entire time. The hot breakfast was basic and had “chicken sausage” instead of bacon. I won’t book here again. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is in a great location but there are plenty of hotels next door to choose from. Time for a renovation!"
